My company employed Jani-King of Kansas City to clean their 2-story building. We cancelled our service after following the contract by giving them 60 days of certified mail notices for non-performance of job duties.

When the contract was terminated Jani-King of Kansas City refused to return the building keys unless we paid them an additional $1,728.00. A clear case of extortion.

Jani-King only spent about 1 hour twice a week to clean a 2-story building. The most they did was come in once a week and empty the trash and then it was not all the trash. After numerous complaints that were repeated we decided to cancel our service. They would clean the restrooms with a mop using water from the toilets.

Stay away from Jani-King. 128bd89
